4.2 Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle will correspond to the date you sign up for membership. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each year.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of termination without cause, a pro-rata refund of the membership fee may be issued.
